On the 24th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Radnor Fire Company was invited to participate in two ceremonies to honor the fallen from that day. RFC, along with Berwyn and Paoli Fire Companies and Tredyffrin PD, joined together at the annual “Blue Mass” at St. Isaac Jogues Church in Chesterbrook. RFC and Paoli created a ladder arch outside the church before mass. After the Mass, all the firefighters and police officers in attendance met with church members for a light brunch. Later in the morning, RFC members attended the Delaware County’s Remembrance Ceremony at Rose Tree Park where the DA and other county reps spoke about the sacrifices of the first responders on September 11th.
