| As Radnor firefighters were clearing an automatic fire alarm at Wayne Presbyterian Church at 5:41 pm, a call was dispatched for a crash with entrapment on the Blue Route, southbound at mile marker 13.7 in Radnor Township.
Chief 15 and Engine 15 responded from the church with MICU 15B following close behind.
As units were enroute, an additional call reported that the occupant was able to get out of the car.
Chief 15 and Engine 15 arrived on location and confirmed that there was no entrapment but a vehicle was on its' side.
Crews blocked the two right lanes to protect the scene for EMS and PSP.
Debris was cleared off of the highway and the crew stood by until the tow trucks arrived and removed the vehicles from the scene.
All RFC units cleared the crash and headed back to the firehouse within an hour. |
