A little after 7 PM on March 30th, the Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to the Northbound I-476 off-ramp to Lancaster Avenue for a reported school bus fire. The students and driver of the bus had evacuated and walked over to the high school. Units arrived and found the bus heavily involved in flames. The Squad crew deployed an 1 3/4" hose line and attacked the fire. The Engine crew arrived and supplied the Squad with additional water. Seventeen firefighters were on the scene. Crews were back in station by 8 PM. There were no injuries.
