| RFC has been invited to numerous schools in our response area to talk about fire safety to the children.
They talk about calling 911 for emergencies, evacuating their homes in case of fire and having a common meeting place for their families.
Firefighters also show the children the turnout gear we wear so they aren't frightened if they encounter each other in an emergency.
All of the talks end with a question and answer session. |
