On Friday, January 13th at 10:15 AM, Radnor EMS was dispatched to the Willows Park on Darby Paoli Road for a person with a fracture.
Crews arrived and were directed by hikers to the patient who was on the walking trail approximately 1/2 mile from the ambulance.
Chief 15 requested ATV 15 to the scene to assist with the removal of the subject to the ambulance.
ATV 15, Engine 15 and MICU 15B were directed to Paper Mill Road in Newtown Township which was the closest paved area to the injured person.
Crews packaged the patient and used the ATV to move them to the MICU.
Crews were cleared from the scene approximately 1 hour after dispatch.
