A little after 8:30 AM on July 12th, Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to assist the Upper Merion Fire Department on Arden Road in Upper Merion with a tree down on an occupied car. Additionally, live power lines were on the car, as well.
Deputy 15, Squad 15 and Rescue 15 responded and set up on the south side of the incident while Upper Merion did the same on the north side.
Firefighters stood by with power saws, hydraulic rescue tools and a hose line while awaiting PECO.
Once the power was secured, limbs were cut out of the way and the occupant was freed from the car.
RFC was released from the scene in about an hour.
