WAYNE, PA - The Radnor Fire Company of Wayne, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for the position of Executive Director.
The Executive Director is responsible and accountable for the administrative operation of the Radnor Fire Company of Wayne, Inc., including overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include interaction with local, state and federal partners and government officials, fundraising, marketing and community outreach.
> Minimum 10 years of Fire/EMS experience, preferably involving a combination department.
> Minimum 7 years of Fire/EMS leadership, preferably involving a combination department.
> Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Advanced degree preferred.
> Professional Certifications / Designations – CFO, CEMSO, FO, Paramedic or EMT
> Demonstrated knowledge and experience with senior level administration, federal and state EMS compliance, budget management, medical billing, grant funding, government relations, fundraising, training, human resources, recruitment, facilities and fleet.

Salary & Position
> Competitive salary based on experience.
> Full-Time FLSA exempt status.
> Reports to Board of Directors.
> Monday – Friday / 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
> Nights and weekends, as needed.
