WAYNE, PA - On Monday night, members of the Radnor Fire Company traveled to Lawrence Lane to sharpen firefighting skills at a house slated for demolition.

Crews advanced charged hose lines into the house and practiced the coordination and teamwork necessary to maneuver through the twists and turns present in residential structures. Crews also made their way to the roof and used power saws to ventilate the building as they would in a fire scenario.

Many thanks to the residents of Lawrence Lane for putting up with us while we bottled up their neighborhood for a couple of hours. Special thanks to Jennifer Unterberger for allowing us to use the house.
