The Officers and members of Radnor Fire Company wish to offer our sincere condolences to our brothers and sisters with the Philadelphia Police Department over the tragic passing of Philadelphia Police Department SWAT Corporal James O’Connor.

Cpl. O'Connor was shot and killed this morning while serving a warrant on a suspect wanted for homicide. Cpl. O'Connor was 46 years old, a 23-year veteran of the PPD, and a 15-year member of the SWAT Unit. He was married, and the father of two adult children.
