Two Working Fires in Two Days

On Wednesday, May 29th at 1031 hours, Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to the Radnor Township School Bus Garage on King of Prussia Road for an automatic fire alarm. Within one minute of dispatch, a re-alert was issued for a building fire at that location.

Chief 15 and Engine 15-1 arrived to find smoke pouring from the building. Additional units were requested as the crew from Engine 15-1 stretched a handline into the building. Crews quickly found and extinguished the fire.

Fire companies remained on the scene for two hours for extinguishment, overhaul and ventilation of the building.
