Crash with Entrapment on Godfrey Road

On Thursday, October 19th at 4:42 p.m., the Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to Godfrey Road near Overbrook Golf Club for a report of an accident with injuries, vehicle overturned and on fire.

Arriving responders report an overturned vehicle, one occupant injured and trapped in the vehicle, no fire.

Crews arrived and extricated the victim after removing the windshield and peeling back the roof of the vehicle. Crews also assisted EMS in the packaging of the patient.

After patient removal was achieved, crews spread oil dry and awaited the arrival of the tow truck. After the vehicle was righted and placed on the flatbed of the tow truck, RFC cleared.
