On May 28th, at 1427 hours, Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to the 300 block of Windsor Avenue for a report of smoke and flames coming from a residential home.
Quint 15 and Chief 15 arrived, confirmed the report and requested additional units from neighboring fire companies.

The Quint crew made entry with an 1 3/4" hose line and ran into a heavy smoke condition. The crew requested that ventilation be performed to assist them.

Additional personnel raised a ladder to the rear of the house and started to open the exterior wall. The interior crew located the fire in the attic and extinguished the flames.

Crews remained on the scene for 2 1/2 hours.
