Radnor Fire Company Honors Newtown Police Sgt. Clint Cunningham

Radnor Fire Company was honored to help provide the funeral flag arch for Newtown Police Sgt. Clinton Cunningham's funeral on Saturday, March 24, at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield. Quint 15 and a crew of Radnor firefighters joined in the ceremony.

Sgt. Clinton Cunningham died unexpectedly on March 19, 2018 after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage while working out. Sgt. Cunningham devoted his life to his family and protecting others. Sgt. Cunningham was a member of the Philadelphia Police Department for nearly 10 years prior to becoming a Police Officer for Newtown Township in 2013. He is survived by his wife and four children.

Even in his death, Sgt. Cunningham continued to save lives by donating his organs to those in need.

The funds will go direclty to The Newtown Police Officers Assocation account, and then turned over to his family. The fund was established in the hope that his friends, neighbors and brothers in blue, and firefighters can assist Kelly and the kids in the tough days ahead.
