In the last 24 hours, the fire service has tragically lost three Firefighters.

Today we honor Firefighters Zachary Anthony (29) and Ivan Flanscha (50) of the York City Fire Department (PA) and Michael Davidson (37) of the Fire Department of New York City.

Firefighters Anthony and Flanscha lost their lives while battling a large warehouse fire in York, PA when a sudden collapse trapped them both as well as two other firefighters.

Firefighter Davidson made the ultimate sacrifice while battling a basement fire in a building that was being used for a movie shoot in New York City.

The three firefighters have a combined 43 years of service to their respective cities.

Please keep these fine men in your thoughts and prayers as their friends and families mourn their tragic passing.
